Step 2- In the homepage, please enter your Username and Password in the shown fields, then click Login

Step 2- Please click on the Download the Southside Online Enrollment form to download the enrollment form
Step 3- Please fill in the Electronic Banking Enrollment/Maintenance Form shown here, then print it out, review the agreement and disclosures and mail the completed form to the bank
