    I am having the same problem with signing in. It use to be so easy, what have you done??!

    Probably the worst log in procedure of any bank I have used. I can not recommend tangerine to anyone. Requested call back and still on hold ten minutes later … still waiting …

    Why don’t you send us an email about these changes you have made and telus how to get signed in again. how can we make payments if we can’t sign in . and if we do get signed in the payments have not gone through and then i get a message concerning that but no help in getting signed back in. have been waiting on line forever and when I get a call back it gets disconnected and not my end as i have no troubles with other calls.

    I have been trying to transfer money from Tangerine to an outside account and in spite of following the dozens of steps as instructed, I still got nowhere. I deal with three other banks and Tangerine is the most frustrating, by far!

    I began as a client of ING and continued with Tangerine. I can log in etc. but need to speak to person on the phone about a mistake on my birthday. I have tried to call but need special numbers to get phone access. I don’t have those numbers and don’ t recall ever having any. Help!!!
