Follow this simple guide to learn how to enroll online, log in and even resetting your password.
HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1- In your browser, enter http://www.usaa.com or click this link.
Step 2- Click the yellow arrow next to the Log In button. Enter your Online ID and password and click Log On.
If the information you entered is correct, you will be able to access your USAA Online Account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your Online ID or password, USAA makes it easy to retrieve information or renew:
Step 1- In the same Log In option, click the link that reads Forgot ID or Password. Select depending which information you wish to retrieve.
Step 2- Enter your Online ID and enter the security check info provided by website. Click Next.
If the information you have entered is correct, you will be allowed to update your password to your liking. You will get confirmation from USAA that your password has been updated.
HOW TO ENROLL
For USAA card owners, registering is very easy:
Step 1- In the same Log In option, select link Register.
Step 2- If you are already a USAA member, select YES and Continue.
Step 3- Select to verify your USAA membership by entering your USAA number or SSN. Enter the security check text and select Next.
Continue with the additional required steps, including the selection of your Online ID and password, security questions and verification. Once completed, USAA will confirm your online account has been created.
