HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.valero.com
Step 2– At the top right, click the Sign In button.
Step 3- In the new page, enter your username and password and click Sign In.
If you have entered your username and password correctly, you will be allowed access to your online account’s dashboard.
FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
If website alerts an error when entering your login credentials, no worries! The steps below should help you retrieve your username or reset password:
Step 1- In the same page with the Sign In information, select the link that reads Forgot your Password? under the password field.
Step 2- To verify you are not a robot, enter the code provided in the image and click Next.
Step 3- Enter your username and click Next.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be authorized to reset your password to your liking.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, start as you would when signing in:
Step 1- In the new page with the Sign In information, select button that reads Request New Access.
Step 2- To verify security, enter the code provided in image and click Next.
Step 3- Select the type of online account you wish to register for: Us Branded Distributor, Branded Dealer, US Unbranded Customer and Image Installer.
Step 4- Enter Contact Information, including full name and email address. Enter company information and click Next.
Follow any additional steps required by Valero’s website, until you receive confirmation your online account has been created.
While I don’t approve of the profanity used by another customer, I most certainly share the frustration he expressed in his comment. If this weren’t my oldest credit card, I’d totally cancel it — not because I’m dissatisfied with the Valero products or had an unpleasant experience at the pump, but simply due to the hassle and aggravation of trying to check my balance and pay my bill. If you haven’t tried asking your customers what they want in an online bill payment system, it might be time.
