HOW TO LOG IN
For the registered online banking customers, please see the simplified steps below on how to log in.
Step 1 – Open this link https://www.watrust.com in your computer browser to access the institution website.
Step 2 – In the bank homepage, Kindly click Sign button to access login page
Step 3 – Enter your WTB Online ID then click Sign In.
Step 4 – Please enter your password then click Submit.
If your login credentials are correct, you will be allowed to access your accounts.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
Over time customers forget their login credentials, Washington Trust Bank allows you to self-reset your password online without the need to physically avail yourself to the bank. See the steps below on how to reset forgotten password.
Step 1 – Enter your online ID and once prompted to enter your password click ‘Forgot your password’ link.
Step 2 – Enter your WTB online ID, email address, and an email subject then click Continue.
The bank online banking system will verify your details and once processed an email will be sent to you with the email subject you had set password
