This guide will assist you through the process of enrolling to the serving, logging in and resetting forgotten password.
HOW TO LOG IN
If you are already registered for the online banking service, use these steps to log in to your account.
Step 1 – Click this link https://www.wescom.org to open the union website.
Step 2 – Kindly enter your User ID or account number and password and then click Login button
If your login credentials are valid, you will automatically be redirected to your account page.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
If you happen to forget your login credentials follow the simple steps below to recover your Login Id and reset your forgotten password.
Recover Forgotten Username
Step 1 – Click Help/Options link and choose Forgot User ID option
Step 2 – Enter your account number then click Submit.
Your online banking User Id will be sent to your official email you provided during enrollment.
Reset Forgotten Password
Step 1 – Click Help/Options link and choose Login with a Temporary Password option
Step 2 – Enter your account number then click Submit.
A temporary password will be emailed to you immediately. Use it to log in to your account and set a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
