Reset your Forgotten Password

Step 1 – In the Star Connect Plus login page, click Password reset link.

Step 2 – Enter your phone number and username then click Send me a new password.

If your details are correct, you will receive a new password on your mobile phone.

Recover Username

Step 1: In the login password recovery window, kindly click ‘I forgot my Username’ link

Step 2 – Enter your email address then click Send

The online banking system will automatically email you, your username given the email you have provided is correct.

If you have a checking or savings account with Westamerica Bank, then you are eligible to enroll for online banking service. Consider the following steps when enrolling for the service:

Step 1 – Open the Star Connect Plus then click Individual Registration under New user Registration.

Step 2 – Review the Westamerica Bank online banking terms and conditions then click Accept at the end.

Step 3 – Fill in all the fields correctly, select your state and account type then click Complete Sign up button at the bottom

Your information will be verified and a successful enrollment email will be sent to you once it is processed.
