Step 1 – Go to the bank’s website and hover with your mouse over “Downloads” at the top of the screen.
Step 2 – Click on the “Forms” option you will see it opens.
Step 3 – Now you should arrive at the “Forms” page, choose the type of application you want to, in most cases this will be “Account Application”.
Step 4 – Print out the application form of your choice and fill it out, then fax it over to the bank.
