HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new window and you will see login fields of Arizona Public Service on the right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Type your username and password and then click on “login” button.
Make sure your login details are typed correctly to access your account. Once you click on login you should be able to access your account.
RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you forgot your password click on “forgot password?” button on top of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you used to activate your account.
Step 3 – Enter the characters you see in the picture in the “type picture text” field and click on “submit button.
If you can’t see the characters clearly click on the refresh button to get new characters. You can also opt to speak the captcha code by clicking on the speaker icon. Once you follow the above procedure, you should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your APS account password. Therefore, you should use the email address you used to activate the account. Remember to enter the email address correctly.
HOW TO PAY BILL
Step 1 – Click on “pay now” on the left side of the screen.
Arizona Public Service) Online platform allows customers either to login and then pay bill or pay bill without logging in. You must select either to “pay without login” or login & pay.
Step 2 – If you select “pay without login” don’t forget to click on “next” button.
Step 3 – Enter both your account number and the mailing zip code in the appropriate fields and then click on “next” button.
Your account will be verified before proceeding further. Follow the instructions given in each stage and submit your payment.
