HOW TO LOG IN
If you have already registered for the online banking service, use this simple steps to log in.
Step 1 – Open this link https://www.bankofthesierra.com in your computer browser to access the institution website.
Step 2 – Enter your Sierra online banking ID then click Login
Step 3 –Confirm your personal security image and enter your password then click Submit.
The bank online banking system will verify your credentials, then the bank will grant you access to your online banking account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
Only registered Online Banking users in the Bank of the Sierra are allowed to self-reset their forgotten password. Follow the following steps when you want to reset your forgotten password.
Step 1 – Login using your online banking Id and when prompted to enter your password click Forgot Password link.
Step 2 – Enter your online banking ID, email address and an email subject then click Continue.
If your details are correct you will be emailed a temporary password and a reset link. Use one of these to set a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
Only Bank of the Sierra customers with checking or savings account are allowed to sign up for the online banking service. Please consider these steps when enrolling for the service:
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, please click Enroll button.
Step 2 – Review the online banking terms and conditions then click the “I Agree” button.
Step 3 – Provide your account number and last 4 digits of your social security number then click Continue.
The online banking system will use the details provide to verify your account and prompt you to provide profile details then be allowed to submit your credentials. You will then receive a confirmation that your account is set.
