HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.bankofthewest.com
Step 2– At the top left, enter your username and password and select Sign In.
If you have entered the correct information, Bank of the West website will allow you to access the dashboard of your online account.
FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
To retrieve your username or password, just start as you would to sign in:
Step 1- In the same Sign In box of the name page, select the link that reads Forgot? according to the information you wish to renew or retrieve. If you wish to renew your password, click the link in the same Password field.
Step 2- Enter your username and email address to verify your identity and click Continue. 
You will receive an email from Bank of the West with instructions to reset your User ID or password. Follow the step provided in that email to change your password and access your account. If you are having any trouble resetting your password, you may contact them via phone 1-800-488-BANK (2265).
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, follow these simple steps to create new account:
Step 1- In the Sign In box in the main page, select link Enroll.
Step 2- Select the type of account you have with Bank of the West (Business or Personal) and select whether you have a debit card number or not. Select whether you have a SSN or not and click Continue.
Step 3- Enter your full name, as it appears on your debit card. Enter your Checking Account, Debit Card and Social Security Number. Enter your e-mail address.
Step 4- Read bank’s Terms and Conditions and tick box which indicates you agree to the Electronic Disclosure and the Online and Mobile Service Agreement. Click Continue. 
Follow the next two steps to complete registration, which include selecting your username and password and selecting some security questions.
