    I understand that my Presidents Choice Bank Account is now accessed through CIBC, how do I do it in order to manage my account?

      I wish I could answer that for you, Jennette, but the bank’s online system is their own and I have no way to change that or tell you why they do what they do, only help as much as I can with any problems you might have. Good luck.
