If you happen to forget your online banking password, Citizen State bank allows you to self-reset it online. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

Step 1 – Enter your online banking ID and once prompted to enter a password click ‘Forgot your Password link’.

Step 2 – Kindly enter your online banking ID, email address and email subject for security purposes then click Continue.

You details will be verified and upon approval, an email with the set email subject will be sent to you with a temporary password or a password reset link to help you set a new password.


HOW TO ENROLL

If you have a checking account with the bank and you have not enrolled for the online banking service, follow the guide below to register.

Step 1 – Open the user login panel then click ‘Enroll for Online Banking’ link

Step 2 – Read the requirements, review the terms and conditions then click the “I agree button”.

Step 3 – Please enter your Tax ID number, Account number, and email address then click Continue.

The bank will use the details you have provided to confirm whether you have an account with them, thereafter you will be allowed to finish up with the enrollment process. You will receive an email once you submit all your information to confirm the process was a success.
