Citywide Banks provides its customers with the convenience of accessing and managing their bank accounts through the online banking platform and mobile apps. HOW TO LOGIN

Online banking users must provide their online banking credentials to access the service. To log in, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1 – Open this link https://www.citywidebanks.com/ to access the institution website

Step 2 – Click Online Banking Log-In Menu in homepage

Step 3 – Enter your Sign-On ID then Submit

Step 4 – Verify your personal image and enter password then Submit

Once your login details are verified, the system will allow you to access the online banking account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID

If you have forgotten your Citywide Bank online banking password, follow the steps below to reset it:

Step 1 – Login using your sign-On ID then click the Forgot Password link when prompted to enter a password

Step 2 – Fill in the PIN self-reset form then click Continue

Once the details are approved, a new password will be emailed to you under the set email subject

HOW TO ENROLL

If you have a personal checking or savings account in Citywide Bank, follow the steps outlined below to enroll for its online banking service:

Step 1 – In Online banking login page, click Enroll Now

Step 2 – Review the online banking benefits and read the Online Banking Agreement then click I Agree

Step 3 – Enter the verification information requested then click Continue

After submitting your details and the system verifies them, the online system will  take you through the remaining enrollment steps.

Online banking at Citywide Bank allows you to:

• Transfer funds between accounts

• Access e-statements
