HOW TO LOGIN
Online banking users must provide their online banking credentials to access the service. To log in, please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1 – Open this link https://www.citywidebanks.com/ to access the institution website
Step 2 – Click Online Banking Log-In Menu in homepage
Step 3 – Enter your Sign-On ID then Submit
Step 4 – Verify your personal image and enter password then Submit
Once your login details are verified, the system will allow you to access the online banking account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you have forgotten your Citywide Bank online banking password, follow the steps below to reset it:
Step 1 – Login using your sign-On ID then click the Forgot Password link when prompted to enter a password
Step 2 – Fill in the PIN self-reset form then click Continue
Once the details are approved, a new password will be emailed to you under the set email subject
