HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “Login” which is located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Click the “Log In” button to get to the CredAbility website if you are a housing and bankruptcy client.
Step 3 – Enter your username, the current password and then click on the “Login” button.
Make sure your username and password are entered correctly to avoid difficulties accessing your online account. You can check the “Remember my user name” box if you are using your own personal computer. Otherwise, uncheck the box if using a public computer. Note that if you are a Debt Management Plan client click “MyMMI” to access your account via the Money Management International. You will need to create a MyMMI account and then link it to your Debt Management Plan.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click “Forgot Username” if you have forgotten the username of your Clearpoint online account.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and click “Submit” to retrieve your username.
You should receive an email containing your username after a short while. Check your email to see your lost username.
Forgot Password
Step 1 – Click “Forgot Password” in case you cannot remember the current password of your Clearpoint online account.
Step 2 – Enter your username and click on the “Submit” button to retrieve the password.
