Step 3 – Click “student log-in” located on top of the screen.
Step 4 – Enter your User Id, your password, accept the terms and conditions for user agreement and then click on the “login” button.
You should have signed in to your online account without troubles if your credentials were correctly entered. Note that you must have registered and completed the bankruptcy pre-filing counseling class before you can proceed to do the pre-discharge education class.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click “I forgot my User Id or Password” link in you cannot remember either your user id or current password.
Step 2 – Enter the email address associated with your online account and click the “submit” button.
