Consumer Financial Education Foundation of America (CFEFA) is not-for-profit organization and is based in the state of Alabama. CFEFA gets its funds from the fees paid by the clients and grants from creditors and other institutions. CFEFA has an online platform for the hearing impaired to help users and persons who are speech-disabled, deaf, and deaf-blind. This service is free and the hearing-impaired can communicate by using PCs or text telephones via the internet.
CFEFA provides and offers credit counseling and debtor education sessions in the state of Alabama. The agency is approved to issue certificates of completion once each of the course is completed. The fee for the credit counseling is $35 while that of debtor education is $15-$20 depending on the method of learning. Unfortunately, services offered by CFEFA are only available to residents of Alabama, U.S.
HOW TO LOGIN

HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you cannot remember the cfefa.org password, click “Forgot your password?” link.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you provided when registering for a CFEFA online account and then click on the “Ok” button. The email address you provide should be an exact match as the one on the company’s database in order to retrieve your lost password.
You should receive an email with your cfefa.org password after a few minutes. Check your email and then use the password to log in to your online account. It is recommended to change your password once you have logged in. This is because it may not be secure since someone may intercept your password. HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL

Note that CFEFA accepts payments by cash, cashier’s check, credit/debit card, or money order. Choose the payment method that best suits you. If using a credit card, the agency accepts MasterCard, Discover and VISA.
