CorTrust Bank Online Banking Login

CorTrust Bank makes banking convenient through its online banking service that allows you access your bank accounts through the internet from the comfort of your office, home or even when travelling. If you wish to enroll for an online account, learn how to log in or reset your password, the guideline below will cater for you.

HOW TO LOG IN

For you to log in, you must have an online banking account. If you already have it, on your PC, follow these steps:

Step 1-  In your web browser, type https://www.cortrustbank.com/ (or click the link) to access CorTrust Bank website

Step 2- In the login area, click the shown Login button

Step 3- Enter your Access ID then click Submit. Next, enter your password then click Submit. If the credential you enter are correct, the system will automatically take you to the dashboard of your CorTrust Bank online account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

If you forgotten your password, follow the first two steps in the login section above, then follow the steps below:

Step 1- Click the shown “Forgot Password?” link, just above the Submit button in the login page

Step 2 – Fill in your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address then click the “Submit” button.

If the details you entered tally with bank records, you will receive your password via email

HOW TO ENROLL

To enroll for an online banking account, CorTrust Bank requires its customers to complete the First Time User Authentication form and continue with any other requirements. Here are the steps involved:

Step 1 – In the bank’s homepage, follow the first two steps in the login section.

Step 2 – Click the shown link that says “First Time Login”

Step 3 – Fill the First Time User Authentication form and click Submit

The online system will guide you through any remaining steps in the enrollment process. After successfully enrolling, you will have online access your bank account

Having CorTrust Bank’s online banking account, you can carryout the following:
