If you wish to enroll for an online account, learn how to log in or reset your password, the guideline below will cater for you.
HOW TO LOG IN
For you to log in, you must have an online banking account. If you already have it, on your PC, follow these steps:
Step 1- In your web browser, type https://www.cortrustbank.com/ (or click the link) to access CorTrust Bank website
Step 2- In the login area, click the shown Login button
Step 3- Enter your Access ID then click Submit. Next, enter your password then click Submit. If the credential you enter are correct, the system will automatically take you to the dashboard of your CorTrust Bank online account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you forgotten your password, follow the first two steps in the login section above, then follow the steps below:
Step 1- Click the shown “Forgot Password?” link, just above the Submit button in the login page
Step 2 – Fill in your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address then click the “Submit” button.

Step 3 – Fill the First Time User Authentication form and click Submit
