The CPS Energy Home Manager app is available for download from App Store and Google Play. The app allows customers to take control of their energy usage by remotely controlling their water heater, pool pump and HVAC. This app can only be used by CPS Energy customers who have installed the Home Manager energy system in their homes.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new window and then click “Manage My Account” button on the right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your username, your password and then click “Log In” button.
Make sure your details are entered correctly in order to access your CPS Energy account. You should be able to access your account if your details are correct.
RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you happen to forget your username or your password do not panic, just click “Forgot password” button.
Step 2 – Enter either your customer number or username, click on “I’m not a robot” box and then click on “CONTINUE” button on the right side of the screen.
Make sure your details are entered correctly because CPS Energy will have to verify your identity before you can create a new password. In case you do not remember both your username and customer number, you should call CPS Energy Customer service Center for assistance. You should call the CPS Energy’s Commercial Contact Center if you’re a business company. You do not have to enter both your customer number and username. Just enter one of them.
HOW TO PAY BILL
Step 1 – Click on “Ways to Pay” button on the right side of the screen.
There are different options to choose from when you want to pay your bill. You must log into your account before making any payments. Bill payments options include pay by mail, pay by phone, use automatic payment feature or you can visit any authorized agents to make your payment. If you want to pay the same amount every month, use the budget plan feature.
