FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?

If you can’t recall your online banking credentials, please follow these steps to reset or recover them:

Reset Password

Step 1- Follow the first 3 steps in the “How To Log In” section above

Step 2- In the login page, click I can’t access my account link shown below

Step 3- Please enter your phone number registered for online banking and your Username, then click Send me a new password

You will receive a new password after the system validates your details.

Recover Username

Step 1- In the login page, click I can’t access my account link shown below

Step 2- Click I forgot my username link to begin the username recovery process

Step 3- Enter your email address in the bank records, then click Send

The system will send your username via email.

HOW TO ENROLL

Only personal account holders in  Customers Bank can enroll for online banking service in the institution. To enroll, follow these steps:

Step 1- In the homepage, click “PERSONAL BANKING LOGIN/REGISTRATION” tab shown below

Step 2- Click the Login/Register button

Step 3- Click Settings to proceed

Step 4- In the pop-up window click New User Registration link

Step 5- Choose language to use when enrolling, then click Next

Step 6- Review ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING ACCESS AGREEMENT, then click Accept

Step 7- Fill in the requested Customer Verification details, then click Verify

Once your identify is approved by the system, you will be able to proceed with enrollment.

Customers Bank allows you access a number of services through its online platform such as
