If you are a member of Debt Consolidation Care you can access your online account by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click the “Sign In” link located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you used during registration, enter the password and then click the “Log in” button. You should have logged in to your Debt Consolidation online account if the email and password were correctly entered.
Note that you can click on the “Remember me” checkbox if you want your computer to remember your credentials the next time you visit the website. If you are using a public computer, do not check the box so as to prevent another person from accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Debt Consolidation Care allows members to retrieve their password in case they forgot it. The steps below will help you know how to reset your password:
Step 1 – Click the “Request new password” link if you cannot remember the current password for your online account.
Step 2 – Enter either your username or email address that is associated with your online account, enter the security code and then click on the “E-mail new password” button.

Step 1 – Click the “Sign In” link located on the upper-right corner of the screen to log in to your online account and then make a payment.
Note that if you are a new user, you will need to first create an online account before you can make a payment.
