If you are already a Debt Wave client, you should follow the steps below to view your account statements and more online:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Login” which is located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your username and the password and then click on the “Log In” button.
You shouldn’t have problems logging in to your account if your username and password are correctly entered. Therefore, make sure they are entered without making errors to avoid troubles logging in to your Debt Wave online account.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
Debt Wave allows members to change the password in case one forgets it. You can reset the password by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click the “Forgot Password? Click Here” link to open the password reset page.
Step 2 – Enter the username you provided when registering for a Debt Wave online account and then click on the “Submit” button.
You should receive an email with a password reset link after a few hours. Make sure the username you provide is associated with your online account to avoid problems retrieving the password. HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
If you are already a debt management plan client, follow the steps below in order to make a payment:
Step 1 – Click on the “Login” which is located on the upper-right side of the screen. You are required to log in to your account before you can make a payment online.
Note that if you are new to Debt Wave you will need call one of the credit counselors at 888-686-4040 to enroll in the debt management program.
