LOGIN

Step 1 – First you need to open our homepage by entering the link https://www.denalistatebank.com into your browser.

Step 2 – On opening the homepage, you will see a box asking for User ID under Secure Online Banking on the topmost right side of the homepage.

Step 3 – Enter your user ID and click on ‘LOGIN’ icon just beside the box.

FORGOTTEN/LOST PASSWORD

Step 1 – Enter your User ID in the box and click on ‘LOGIN.’

Step 2 –On the page that opens, you will see the link ‘Reset Password’ just beside the box that requires your password input.

Step 3 – You will be directed to a password page self-reset where you need to enter your details on banking ID, email address and subject as on file.

Step 4 – Click on ‘Continue’ after successful entry of the details for you to proceed.

ENROLLMENT

Step 1 – On our homepage, click on ‘ENROLL’ icon that is beneath the box for entering user ID.

Step 2 – An Online Banking Agreement page will appear. You are supposed to enter your details in this agreement form to be registered for our online banking.

Step 3 – After you are done filling the details, click on ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the page to proceed.
