Diamond Bank makes banking easier for its customer with its Online Banking services. By creating an online account, customers can access their finances at any time of the day from their laptop, PC or smartphone. Whether you want to start up an account, learn how to log in or reset your password, this guide has you covered.
HOW TO LOG IN
In order to log in, you must already have registered for an online banking account. If you have done this, just turn on your PC and follow these steps:
Step 1- Go to your web browser and search for http://www.diamondbanking.com or click this link.
Step 2- Under the Online Banking section, enter your ID and PIN number. Click Login to be directed to your dashboard.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
In order to renew a password, you may start as you would when logging in:
Step 1- In the same Online Banking section, enter your ID and leave the PIN field blank. Click Login.
Step 2- This will take you to a new window where your PIN will be requested. Next to this field, click the link Reset Password.
Step 3- For the verification process, enter your Online Banking ID, the e-mail on file and the e-mail subject of your choice.
If your credentials are correct, you will receive an email with the subject line you selected. In this email, you will receive further instructions to reset your password and access your account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To sign up for a new online banking account, Diamond Bank requires customers to complete their Online Banking Application and the Online Banking Amendment Form. Once completed, bring them any of their branches and they will set up your account. To find the forms, follow these steps:
Step 1- Click the link to Online Banking on the left side of the page.
Step 2- Select both links to view and print the forms. 
Once completed, bring them to a Diamond Bank near you and a representative will assist you in setting up your account.
