Step 1 – Scroll downwards a bit and you will see “PAY BILL” and you should click on “PAYMENT OPTIONS” button.

You can pay online with DLC, pay by phone, pay online with Speedpay, pay through the mobile app, pay by mail, pay by text, pay in person, use auto pay or wire transfers. Choose the payment method that you prefer. It is important to look into the fee charged by each payment method before selecting one.
