Step 1 – If you have forgotten your email/User ID click “Forgot Email/User ID” and you will be redirected to a new page to retrieve your email/User ID.
Step 2 – Enter your account number, enter the last four digits of SIN/SSN/TIN and then click on the “NEXT” button.
Forgot Password
Step 1 – Click “Forgot password” if you do not remember your password.
Step 2 – Enter your User ID/email address, enter the last four digits of SIN/SSN/TIN and then click on “SEND EMAIL” button.
You should receive an email with a link that will help you change your password. Make sure your credentials are entered correctly to avoid troubles retrieving your user ID or resetting your password.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “Pay Bill” located on top of the screen to pay your bill.
Note that you must login to make any bill payments. If you do not have FPL account, register one in order to pay your bill.
Having trouble getting you paid by auto bill. You send me shut off notices BEFORE my payment is due. I’m current. You’re online app is a joke. There’s no way to talk to talk to a human.

Why is it that this page is different almost every month? why can you not settle in a format and period? I am an old man and not very good in this type of technology, but you make it almost impossible to pay one’s bill.
Why is it every time I try to pay my light bill on speedpay I always get the message” can’t process your payment at this time”?? 🤔 I’ve been trying it for almost a year now
