The Genisys Credit Union is your alternative to the regular banking systems. It is a non-profit cooperative organisation owned by you as a member, among other members. It is our obligation to be trustworthy, provide quality services and be people-focused. As a member, your interests are more important to us than the stockholders’. HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – Visit Genisys’ website at https://www.genisyscu.org and click on the “log in” button as illustrated in the image below.
Step 2 – A new tab will pop up where you will enter your username in the text field provided and click on the “sign in” button as shown bellow
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
Step 1 – In case you do not remember your username, click on the “forgot username” which is just beside the text field.
Step 2 – Fill in the form accurately providing your account number, social security number, birthday, and your active password.
Step 3 – Next, check for any errors. Once you are certain that the information you have typed in is correct, click on the “start” button.
HOW TO ENROLL
Before you can log in, you need to be registered as a member. Follow the simple steps below to get registered.
Step 1 – Visit Genisys’ website at https://www.genisyscu.org and click on the “log in” button as illustrated in the image below.
Step 2 – A new tab will pop up where you will click on the “not registered?” link found beside the text field.
Step 3 – Fill in the form providing your account number, social security number and birthday.
Step 4 – Confirm if the information you have typed in is correct then type in the word “YES” in the corresponding text field.
Click on the link “PDF-Online Banking Disclosure” and be sure to read and understand the contents.
Step 5 – Click on the “start” button and continue to follow the instructions provided.
Manage Genisys Credit Union Online Banking Account
You can manage your account through the Genisys Online banking. The system allows you to get access to and perform procedures like:

- Checking and viewing copies of your cleared checks
- Setting up eAlerts and eNotices
