HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “My account” link located at the top of the screen to open the client portal.
Step 2 – Click on the “Debt management portal” located on the right side of the screen. Note that you can click on the “bankruptcy portal” link on the left side of the screen if you want to do bankruptcy courses.
Step 3 – Enter the username and password that you provided during registration and then click on the “Login” button.
You should have logged in to GreenPath if you have typed the username and password correctly. Also, ensure that the login details you provide are associated with your online account to avoid troubles accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
GreenPath allows a client to reset their password in case an individual forgets it. The process below will show you how to change the password:
Step 1 – Click “I forgot my username” in case you have forgotten your username.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you provided during registration, enter the pin and click on the “Next” button.
An email with your username will be sent to the email address you provided within a few hours. Check your email to view your username.
Step 1 – Click “I forgot my password” if you cannot recall the current password of Green Path.
Step 2 – Enter your username and pin and then click the “Next” button. Follow the instructions on the next page you will be redirected to retrieve the password. Ensure the pin and username are correct to avoid troubles resetting the password.

HOW TO SUBMIT PAYMENT
If you are already a debt management plan client, the steps below will show you how to submit payment:
Step 1 – Click the “My account” link located at the top of the screen to open the client portal.
Step 2 – Click on the “Debt management portal” located on the right side of the screen. Log in to your account and then submit payment.
If you want to pay fees for the bankruptcy course, Click the “My account” link and then click on the “bankruptcy portal” link. You will need a username and password to log in before you can submit payment.
