Why is there a wait while the branch balances the pesos ? A man ever has already explained that they could exchange pesos, and then later and that to the balancing, in other words it’s unecisary to make people wait for pesos.

    Worst Customer Service Ever

This Ceasar Chavez location in Austin is the worst managed bank I have EVER had to use. It doesn’t matter whether i am in line at the commercial drive thru and the only one in line, or inside lobby, it always takes me 20 to 30 minutes get just make a simple deposit. There can be 4 people sitting around behind the counters and only one teller helping anyone. I have begged my company to please use another bank. I spend an hour away from the property just trying to get a deposit made. I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:55 and it is now 10:17 and i still do not have my bank bag with deposit back. This is the poorest excuse of customer service I have ever witnessed every time i come here. I have learned to bring my lunch or breakfast and turn the car off. My property is 2 and 1/2 miles from this bank and it always takes 45 mins to get back to it. With all the negative reviews on this his bank, the corporate officials know this and apparently it means nothing

Poorest customer service and equipment never working.

Horrible experience at the Alice, TX branch is horrible with their customer service. Branch is supposed to open at 9 AM and the teller lines were still closed. I could see two ladies inside talking away rather than being ready for business.

Also their darn ATM has always been out of order to perform any transactions which is very inconvenient.
