Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union offers online banking to its members so that they can access their accounts on the go. This article contains a step-by-step guide on how to access your online banking account and enroll if you are a new user.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Go to the homepage of Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union by clicking on this address link https://www.hvfcu.org/.
Step 2– On the homepage, go to the member login area on the right side of the homepage as shown below.
Step 3– Enter your username and password and click “SignOn”.
If you have entered the correct username and password, you will be able to access your online bank account.
It is important to note that password is case sensitive. So you will not be able to log in if you are using the wrong case.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you forgot your username or password, you can reset your password by doing the following.
Step 1– On the member login are, click “Forgot your password?”
Step 2– On the next page, enter your username and click “Send Me a New Password”.
A link with a new password reset instructions will be sent to the email you used to register the account. So make sure you have access to your email account.
HOW TO ENROLL
Enrolling for an online account is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to follow to enroll for an online account:
Step 1– On the member login area, click “Enroll”
Step 2- On the next page, you will be asked to call them at 845.463.3011 / 800.468.3011or visit your nearest branch to have your online account set up. That is all you need to do.
