HOW TO LOG IN

First off, get on your computer, go to their website (link) and follow these steps:

Step 1 – Once you’re on the website, please type in your User ID in the field on the right side and click “Login” like shown in the image below:

Step 2 – You’ll be brought to a new page where you need to type in the city you were born in

Step 3 – You can choose to register the computer you’re using as a public one, or a private one if you’re at home

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

Here’s the steps you need to take if you’ve forgotten your password:

Step 1 – On the home page of their website, click “Forgot your Password” just under the login section

Step 2 – You’ll be taken to a page where you need to type in your User ID

Step 3 – You’ll be taken to this page where you need to answer your security question

Click “Submit” and you’re done.

HOW TO ENROLL

The Quantum National Bank allows its customers to enroll for an online banking account. Below you’ll find the steps to do just that by accepting their Terms of Use and filling in your information.

Step 1 – Under the “Forgot your password” link, you’ll find the link for enrollment

Step 2 – Read the Terms of Use and click on “I Agree” in the bottom right

Step 3 – Fill out all the necessary info (marked with an asterisk(*)) and click “Submit”

You should receive an e-mail when you’re accepted.
