HOW TO LOG IN

Only valid Rio Bank Online Banking account holders can access the online system. Please follow these steps to login:

Step 1- Click here https://www.riobk.com/ to open the bank’s website

Step 2- In the homepage, please enter your Access ID, then click Login

Step 3- Please enter your Password, then click Submit

Upon validation, you will access your online banking account

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

As an online banking user,  you can reset your forgotten password by first verifying your identity through providing your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address. Please follow the steps reset it:

Step 1- Click the ‘Forgot Password’ link in the homepage or in the password page

Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit

You will receive your password in your account email address

HOW TO ENROLL

Rio Bank allows people to self-enroll for its online banking service, provided they have an account in the bank.

Step 1- Please click the First Time User link in the bank’s homepage

Step 2- Please review the Online Access Agreement, then scroll down and click I Agree in the Personal/Business section

Step 3- Please fill in the First Time Login form with your Rio Bank Account Number as your Access ID and Telebanc Password as your password, then proceed to select your Account type and click Submit.

After your credentials are approved, you will have created your online banking account

MANAGE RIO BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT

Online Banking at Rio Bank allows you to:

• Transfer money between Rio Bank accounts
• See current transactions, check images and deposit slips
• See up to 24 months of bank statements
• Issue stop payments on checks
• Pay loan payments
• See and set up alerts
• Export both previous and current transactions into your preferred finance management software
