HOW TO LOG IN
To access your account online, you are required to enter your valid online banking credentials. The steps here are to assist you log in via your PC:
Step 1- On PC browser, click or enter https://southstarbank.com/ to open SouthStar Bank homepage
Step 2- In the homepage, hover your cursor over the E-Banking tab, then click Login to access login page
Step 3- Next, click Consumer Login
Step 4- Now, enter your Access ID, then click Submit
Step 5- Please enter your password, then click Submit
After verification of your credentials, you will access your account
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
Are you unable to recall your password? Then follow these steps:
Step 1- In the login page, click the link that says ‘Did you forget your password?’
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and your account email address, then click Submit
After validation, you will receive password reminder in your email
