HomeTrust Bank provide a user friendly online banking system designed to help you get your financial information from your bank with easy and effective way of use. The system provide detailed information and allows to make transactions over to other bank accounts.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and click the “ONLINE BANKING” button displayed in the menu:
Step 2 – Type your Access ID in the field titled “Personal Banking”.
If you have a business account with the bank the process is the same, just type your Access ID in the box below titled “Business Connect”).
Step 3 – Type your password in the field and click the “Submit” button:
Forgotten Password / Access ID
Step 1 – Click the “ONLINE BANKING” button on the bank’s homepage, then on the popup window click the “Forgot Password” link:
Step 2 – You will arrive at the “Forgotten Password” page, fill in the fields and click the “Submit” button:
** You will get a temporary password from the bank to the email address you have provided, note that this password is only valid for about 30 minutes of use and then will be blocked. Make sure you set a different permanent password once you log in to your account with the temporary one.
If you have forgotten your Access ID you will have to call the bank directly as they don’t provide any way online to retrieve it.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and click the “ONLINE BANKING” button from the menu, then click on “ENROLL IN ONLINE BANKING >” link in the pop up window:
