Willamette Valley Bank has a great online banking system design to be user friendly and to help you monitor your financial status with the banks, loans, mortgages, savings and more. They also provide an easy way to pay bills and transfer money across to other banks through their online service.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Get to the bank’s homepage (link opens in a new window) and type your Access ID in the appropriate field, then click the “Submit” button:
Step 2 – You have arrived at the Login page, type your password and hit “Submit”:
Forgotten Password / Username
Step 1 – If you forgot your password, refer to the bank homepage and click the “Forgot Password” link:
Step 2 – Fill in the fields “Access ID”, “Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number” and “Email Address”. Then, click on the “Submit” button and the password will be sent to you via your email address:
If everything went well and all your details were correct, you will receive the password to your email and will be able to sign in again to your online banking.
In case it’s the Access ID you have forgotten, you will have to contact the bank directly as they do not offer any online option to reset your Access ID.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Start Enrolling by clicking the “Enrollment” link on the homepage:
Step 2 – You will be directed to the “Online Access Agreement” page, read through the agreement and scroll to the bottom, there click on the “I AGREE” button:
Step 3 – Fill in all the fields, those marked with * are a must, although it’s better to fill all fields, then click “Submit”:
If everything went well you should be able to Sign in now to your online banking account with the Access ID and Password that were given to you.
