HOW TO LOGIN
To log into your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1- Open your browser by clicking to www.stcu.org
Step 2- Enter your username and click on the login button on the top left section of the homepage:
Step 3- On the next page, enter you password in the field box then click enter
If the username and password are correct, you will be directed to your account.
However, the bank has installed a security measure where you are directed to an authorization page if you enter user name from a computer that you have not previously used to access the account.
Note: Password and username are case sensitive. Make sure that you’re using the right case.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
If you forgot your password, you can reset by doing the following:
Step 1- Click the link “forgot your password” which is located just below the login button as shown below.
Step 2- On the next page, you will have to accept the disclosure to continue the password recovery process.
Step 3- On the next page, please enter your username and your STCU Member Number. Your new password will be emailed to you.
