How to Login

To Login to your True North Federal Credit Union Online Banking Account follow the instructions below.

Step 1 – Open your browser and enter the bank URL https://www.truenorthfcu.org/

Step 2 – You will be directed to the True North Federal Credit Union online homepage. On the right side, you will find a box where you are required to enter your username.

Step 3 – Enter your username and click ‘Go’ to login to your account and access online banking services.

FORGOT USERNAME

You may have forgotten your username, don’t be worried we’ve got you covered. Here are the steps to retrieve or get a new username.

Step 1 – To get a new username you have to contact customer care to get the instructions and the go-ahead to do so.

Step 2 – You can get the contact info by clicking on the information button on the home page and selecting ‘Contact Info & Hours’. You will be directed to the contact info page where you can contact the bank via email, phone or any other provided means that is suitable for you.

ENROLL FOR ONLINE BANKING

If you are a first time user of online banking, follow the instructions below to sign up for a True North Federal Credit Union online banking account.

Step 1 – On the homepage click on the ‘New Users Enroll Here’ button located just below the username box.

Step 2 – You will be directed to a page where you will be prompted to either enter your username and login or register as a new user. Click on the ‘Register’ button to continue.

Step 3 – The following page will then prompt you to read the ‘Terms and Conditions’. Click on Agree.

Step 4 – The bank also needs to know if you can access PDF documents. If you can click on the ‘Open Pdf’ link where you will be able to view a code. Enter the code to continue to the next page.

Step 5 – On the next page, you will have to enter your credentials starting from your Member Number, your Date of Birth and then your Social Security Number. Click continue to submit the details.

The bank will then review your detail, and if they accept, you will be issued with an Online Banking ID and a temporary PIN. You will then have to change your PIN to something only you know for security purposes. After that, you will be able to access online banking services from anywhere at any time.
