Through Truliant Federal Credit Union’s online banking suite of services, you can save time and money and even monitor and utilize the funds in your account in a secure way. The following guide will show the steps taken to login, recover forgotten login credentials and enroll in online banking.
HOW TO LOG IN
The guide below will help you login if you already have enrolled in online banking:
Step 1- Open this https://www.truliantfcu.org/ link to access Truliant Federal Credit Union’s website
Step 2- In the homepage, click the ONLINE BANKING LOGIN tab to access the login panel. Enter your Username and Password in the highlighted fields, then click Login
You will be able to access your account after your credentials get approved.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
You can always recover or reset forgotten Truliant Federal Credit Union’s online banking credentials by following this guide.
Reset Password
Step 1- In the Login Panel, click the Forgot Password? link shown below
Step 2- Please provide your registered online banking phone number and Username, then click the Send me a new password button
The bank will approve your credentials before sending you a new password.
Recover Username
Step 1- In the Login Panel, click the Forgot Password? link shown below
Step 2- Click the shown link that says I forgot my username
Step 3- Please enter your online banking registered email address, then click Send
You will receive an email with your Username once the email address you provide gets approved.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you haven’t enrolled for online banking, please the guide below to enroll
Step 1- In the login panel, enter your member number and the 4 digit online banking PIN you chose when you were applying for an account in place of username and password respectively, then click Login. Note: If you can’t remember your 4 digit online banking PIN please visit the local Member Financial Center or contact customer care center at 800-822-0382 to receive a new PIN.
Steps that will follow include accepting the terms and conditions as well as choosing a new username and a password that comply with security requirements. Also, an extra verification step will be carried out before finalizing the registration
