Recover Customer Number
Your customer number begins with your date of birth (DDMMYY), followed by up to 4 digits, you received when you enrolled for the Internet Banking service. Note: Top tip – If you use the bank’s Mobile banking app, you can find your customer number in the ‘More…’ tab.
Reset Forgotten PIN/Password
Step 1- In the login page, click Forgotten your log in details? link

The system after approving your details, it will allow you reset your password.
