Step 2- In homepage, please click the LOG IN link to access login page

Step 3- Please enter your Customer number, then click Log in

If the system approves your customer number, it will allow you access the password entry page before you can access your account.

Recover Customer Number

Your customer number begins with your date of birth (DDMMYY), followed by up to 4 digits, you received when you enrolled for the Internet Banking service. Note: Top tip – If you use the bank’s Mobile banking app, you can find your customer number in the ‘More…’ tab.

Reset Forgotten PIN/Password

Step 1- In the login page, click Forgotten your log in details? link

Step 2- To proceed, click the shown link below

Step 3- Choose A personal customer option, then click Next

Step 4- Please provide your personal details, your debit card details and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Next

The system after approving your details, it will allow you reset your password.


If you have a personal account at Ulster Bank Ireland, please follow steps outlined below to enroll for online banking service.

Step 1- In the login page, click Register for Anytime Internet Banking link to start enrollment

Step 2- Click Brand new to Anytime Banking? tab, then click Start Registering Now to proceed

Step 3- Choose A personal customer option, then click Next 

Step 4- In the form, please provide your personal details, your debit card details and review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Next

Once your account details are approved, you will be able to set up your online banking account.
