HOW TO LOG IN
For you to access US Bank online account, you need authenticated login credentials. Here are the steps to login:
Step 1- In the PC browser, click or enter https://www.usbank.com/
Step 2- In the homepage, enter your Personal ID in the Login section, then click Login
If the your ID is valid, the system will allow you to continue and enter your Password before accessing your account
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your personal login details, please follow these steps to recover them
Recovering Login ID
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ‘Forgot ID? ’ link in the Login area
Step 2- Choose Personal account, then click Continue
Step 3- To retrieve your Personal ID, enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your account number, then click Continue
The system will prompt you through the remaining steps of recovering your Personal ID
Resetting Password
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ‘Forgot ID? ’ link in the Login area
Step 2- Choose forgotten password and personal account, then click Continue
Step 3- To reset your password enter your Personal ID and your account number, then click Continue
After verifying your identity, you will be able to reset your password
HOW TO ENROLL
US Bank account holders are allowed to enroll for online banking service through these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ‘New user? Enroll now ‘ link in the Log In section
Step 2- Select Personal Account, choose ‘Yes’ you have an account with U.S. Bank and fill in your Account Information, then click Continue
After verifying your identity, the system will allow you to proceed and set up your online account
