    Hello,

Many thanks for that. Yes I do mean that I do not have the login Id as stated in the previous message. Unfortunately the e-mail supplied for the bank is not manned then forcing contact to be done via phone. As am in a different country as previously mentioned this means incurring international phone costs. You would have thought there would be a contact e-mail for the bank but I guess calling is the only way forward.

I’m not affiliated with Skype in any way, but from my experience, I know their rates are very reasonable if you need to call the U.S.

      Take a look at this:
      https://secure.skype.com/en/calling-rates/united-states

I see they have a plan at the bottom of $2.99/month for unlimited minutes to call the U.S.

    Hello,

The section “Forgotten password/login Id” provides no information regarding how to proceed with a forgotten login Id. How would I proceed to access my account if I have forgotten my username/login Id as well as the password and now also live in a different country? I would prefer not to incur charges by ringing an international telephone number.

I don’t see what you mean, it looks pretty straightforward to me, you need to click the “Reset My Password” link in the log in box on the left side of the screen, from there you need to put your email and login id.

If you mean you don’t have your login id, than you have to contact the bank directly about that, that’s for security reasons, they will not reset your login id.

It’s also written on this page.
