HOW TO LOGIN

As a Citizens Bank customer, you can log into your account at any time. To log into your account, follow the steps below:

Step 1– Open your web browser and go to www.citizensbank.com

Step 2– Click on the one Login tab as shown bellow:

Step 3– Enter your Online User ID and click Login button:

Step 4– Enter your answer on security question and click Next:

Step 5– On the next page enter your Password and you will be directed to the dashboard of your Online Banking Account.

FORGOT PASSWORD?

If you forgot your password or just want to reset your password, proceed as follows:

Step 1– At the homepage, click on the link as shown bellow:

Step 2-  Select I Forgot My Password and click Next:

Step 3-  Enter your User ID, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, enter ATM Card Number (16 digits) and your ATM Card PIN (4-6 digits), then click Next:

Citizens Bank will provide you with the new Password via email.

Note: If you forget your User ID, it`s a similar process, just go back to Step 2 and select I forgot my Online User ID.

ENROLL FOR ONLINE BANKING

It’s easy to enroll in Citizens Bank Online at any time as long as you have the Banking account. To enroll for an online banking account follow these simple steps:

Step 1- Click on the Enroll Now, inside the login area:

Step 2-  Enter your last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, Account Number, enter ATM Card Number (16 digits) and your ATM Card PIN (4-6 digits), then click Next:

You will be guided thru Citizens Bank online enrollment process, entering your personal and account details. After you verify your identity, you will receive your Online User ID.

MANAGE CITIZENS BANK ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNT

You may use Internet Banking virtually anytime, day or night, 7 days a week. Once you enroll, you can do the following from your account:

• Transfer funds between accounts.
• Review account history and current transactions.
• View images of cleared checks.
• Request copies of statements.
• Pay bills.
• Place stop payments.
• Send customer service requests via secured email.
• Access your checking, savings and loan account statements online.
