Worst Bank ever...do not use Citizens Bank

Worst bank ever!! Do not use Citizens Bank, they charged hidden fees for an account required to open an education loan and then applied inactivity fees. Two years later we get a notice that we are being charged $4.99 per month. Customer service will only refund $35.00, and we are out all the rest.
