Credit Advisors Foundation’s debt management plans have helped a lot of people regain control of their finances. Some of the benefits of debt management plans are reduction of the amount of debt, no nagging calls or letters from creditors and reduction of interests which helps clients get out of debt faster. Once a client enrolls in a debt management plan, a certified counselor will then scrutinize his/her financial status and then create a plan that is right for their budget. You will just be required to make one monthly payment and then the agency will pay your bills on your behalf.
HOW LOGIN
STEP 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click the “Client Login” link which is located on top of the screen. You will be redirected to another page called the member’s site.
Step 2 – Press the “Client Account Access Portal” link which is located on the left side of the screen if you are already a creditadvisors.org client. You will need a client ID and password to get access to your online account.
Step 3 – Enter your client ID, the current password and then click on the “Submit” button to log in to your online account.
You should have logged in to your online account if you typed your login details correctly. Ensure your login credentials are correct and associated with your online account to avoid troubles accessing your account.
Note that if you are using your own personal computer, you can check the “Remember my password” box to automatically log in to your account the next time you visit the site. Otherwise, do not click the checkbox if using a public or shared computer so as to prevent another person from accessing your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Contact the customer service at 1-888-942-9027 if you have issues with your password.
Note that creditadvisors.org passwords have already been rest to clients’ personal ID number. In case you do not have a creditadvisors.org password, you should call the customer support so that they can enable your internet access.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click the “Client Login” link which is located on top of the screen and then log in to your online account. If you are a new user, you will need to first register for an account before you can proceed to make a payment.
Credit Advisors Foundation charges a small fee for some of the programs they offer such as the bankruptcy courses. The agency offers a number of payment options. You can pay by phone, money orders, debit/credit card, money gram or western union. Choose the best method that suits you.
