CreditGuard provides a variety of online debt management and credit counseling tools that help consumers solve their debt problems. The agency is approved to give advice on debt consolidation and personal budgeting via the debt management programs. A debt management program helps individuals get out of debt faster, stops late fees, stops collection calls, reduces the interest rates and discontinues over-limit fees. CreditGuard charges a small fee (maximum $55 per month) to individuals who enroll in the debt management program.
HOW TO LOGIN
If you are already a CreditGUARD client, you should follow the steps below to access your online account:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then press the “Account Login” button which is located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your username and the current password associated with your CreditGUARD online account and then press the “Login” button. The username and password should be between eight and one hundred characters long.
You should be able to access your online account if all the login details are correctly entered. If you have troubles logging in to your account, check whether the username and password are typed correctly.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Credit GUARD allows users to reset their password if lost. You can retrieve your username or lost password by simply following the steps below:
Step 1 – If you cannot recall the username, click the “Forgot Username” button to open the Forgot My Username page.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you used during registration, enter the security and then press the “Get My Username” button. Note that if you cannot clearly see the security code, you can click the “Reload” link to get another security code.
You should receive an email with your username after a short while. Check your email to retrieve your lost username.
Step 1 – In case you have lost your password, press the “Forgot Password” button to open the Forgot My Password page.
Step 2 – Enter your username, the security code and then press the “Get My Password” button. You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password. Check your email address and then click on the password reset link sent to you.

HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
