CFT is not a debt settlement company but rather it is a payment processor. The company has partnered with debt settlement companies to process payments after enrolling in a debt settlement program. Your funds are secure since CFT stores funds in an FDIC-insured account. If you want to access your special purpose account, you simply need to log in to CFT website as a consumer.
HOW TO LOGIN
You can log in to your Crossroads online account by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Login” box which is located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your username and password you provided when registering for an account and then click the “Log In” box.
You should have logged in to your Crossroads online account if the username and password are correct. Note that if you are using your own personal computer and would like your computer to remember your login details the next time you visit the site, tick the “Remember me” button which is below the log in button. Uncheck the “Remember me” box if using a public or shared computer to prevent other people from accessing your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click “Forgot username?” if you cannot recall the username.
Step 2 – Enter the email address or mobile number you provided during registration and then click on the “Send Username” button.
Crossroads will send the username to the mobile number or email address you provided if it exists in the company’s database. Make sure you’re the mobile number or email address is correct to avoid problems receiving your username.

Step 1 – Click “Forgot Password?” in case you cannot remember the current password for your account.
Step 2 – Enter your username or email address and then click on the “Send Reset Link” box.
You should receive an email with the password reset link after a few minutes. Make sure the details you provide are associated with your online account to avoid troubles receiving the password reset link.
