    Long waiting lines, service is good

    Their service is actually quite good, the problem I’m having is that in the branch closer to my home there’s always long waiting lines, why don’t you open another branch close by? or at least add more bank representatives to the current ones to avoid this.

    Good customer service

    I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and their customer service is great, their the only bank I have ever been with but I’m always happy with their services.
