Independence Power & Lighting Company (IPL) deals with transmission and distribution of electricity to customers in the City of Independence. Note that you must be signed in to your account to view the pay utility bill page before making any payment. If you don’t have an account yet, create one to pay your bill. IPL allows both online and offline bill payment options. You can check the drop off stations and the mailing address from the website if you want to use these methods to pay your bill. You can also pay bill by phone or use automatic bank drafts.
