If you are unable to recall your online banking User ID, you can recover it, online. Follow these steps to recover your User ID:

Step 1- Follow the first two steps in the How To Login section above

Step 2- Click the Forgot your user ID? link just below the User ID field

Step 3- Select an account you have with bank and enter your account information, then click Continue to verify your identity

Once your identity is verified, you will receive your User ID.

Lake City Bank allows you enroll for online banking if you have an account in the bank. If you are interested, follow these steps to enroll:

Step 1- Follow the first two steps in the How To Login section

Step 2- Click the shown Sign up link

Step 3- Choose your account type in the shown area, review the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure and tick the shown button, then click CONTINUE

Step 4- Please fill in the Online Banking Enrollment form, then click CONTINUE

You will be allowed to proceed once the bank approves your credentials.
